Why is your Libido Level low or running on empty?

Your Libido Level is actually much like the oil level or the gas tank indicator lights on the dash board of your car. You wouldn’t want to put a piece of tape over the top of those indicator lights or you can be assured you will eventually be broken down on the side of the road. Ignoring your Libido Level is much like ignoring your gas tank gauge or your oil light. 

Unfortunately, Libido Fatigue affects most men and women at some point in their lives. Often it is accompanied by relationship conflict, erectile dysfunction or impotence for men, depression and anxiety for women, and a host of other issues for both men and women.  

A low Libido Level is not the time to turn to performance enhancing drugs, energy drinks and other caffeine sources, alcohol, or sugar. It’s a time for inward inquiry.
